IbashoCon is a fan-driven anime, manga, gaming, and pop-culture convention hosted in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded on the idea of “ibasho” — a place where you truly belong — the event focuses on creating an inclusive, energetic community space for fans of all backgrounds.
Each year, IbashoCon brings together attendees from across the region for a weekend packed with interactive programming, including:

Our exclusive FGC tournament series, Ibashowdown, featuring top competitors

With its unique blend of fandom, creativity, and community engagement, IbashoCon is quickly becoming one of the Triangle’s most anticipated annual events.

IbashoCon will take place at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills, located in the heart of Raleigh, NC. Our venue offers spacious event areas for panels, vendors, cosplay, and gaming.

IbashoCon takes place across three days:

Parking is available on-site at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills. Hotel guests and attendees can use the main parking lot at no additional cost.
